SCOPE OF WORK
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards, the position provides administrative services and support to the immediate superior. Further, this position assists the Vice President Facility Management and team in discharging all duties and responsibilities related to the back-end support of the department. The position always displays the highest level of professionalism, customer service and administrative support to both internal and external customers
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provides and ensures quality support to immediate superior. Relieves management of administrative matters and routine day- to-day clerical activities.
• Provides necessary administrative support to the department and ensures that the office is operated in a professional manner
• Ensures confidentiality of restricted and sensitive information
• Works as a reliable team member and assists immediate superior and the department in completing projects and assignments.
• Maintains effective communication with the team and with other departments.
• Assists immediate superior in developing and accomplishing reports and any studies or measurement tools.
• Maintains a secure, effective and up-to-date filing system that is easily accessible, both manually and electronically.
• Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities.
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- BA Degree or equivalent professional training
- 2-4 years working in administration department.
- Computer literate in MS Office applications.
- Good telephone manner and customer service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred to deal effectively with all incoming calls and requests from the management.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
- Ability to work on overtime when needed.
- Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese/ English is a must
