As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking both SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

For Senior Interior Designer

• Lead projects from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Develop strong design narratives, spatial strategies and material concepts.
• Present and defend design proposals to clients.
• Ensure design integrity throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers.

For Interior Designer

• Support concept development and detailed design packages.
• Prepare layout plans, 3D models and presentation materials.
• Assist in material selection and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design consistency.
• Participate in client presentations and site visits as needed

Requirements

Senior Interior Designer

·        5+ years of professional experience within reputable design consultancies.

·        Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end Residential or Hospitality projects.

·        Proven ability to lead design development from concept through documentation.

·        Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

·        Solid understanding of materials, detailing, and construction standards for luxury projects.

·        Strong conceptual thinking, presentation skills, and English proficiency.

Interior Designer

·        2–4 years of professional experience in interior design practice.

·        Experience in Hospitality projects is highly desirable.

·        Good design sensibility with strong technical and detailing capability.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, Adobe Suite…

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Application & Compensation

·        Documents to be submitted: CV (in English) and a Portfolio of previous project experience.

·       Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
