Responsibilities
Testing domain:
- Establish quality assurance process, quality control to ensure quality in projects
- Evaluate and analysis business, quality for assigned projects
- Have advance testing skill such as test plan, quality plan, guideline, process standard
- Have good technical skill such as database, testing tool, …
- Establish testing process, Proactive in quality control
- Good understand about automation to increase productivity
Management:
- Coaching and build test team
- Develop staffing plan, coordinate resource, evaluate performance employees.
- Organize regular and advance training, knowledge testing domain
- Perform quality measurement (monitoring, reporting, evaluating)
- Participate development process
- Good risk management
Job Qualifications
- More than 5 years’ experience with testing management
- Good understanding of testing processes and concepts
- Knowledge and experience in Test Management and Defect Management tool
- Knowledge of quality concepts in testing
