JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Coordinator is the main point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth communication, and efficient support to the Sales Department. This role requires a service-oriented, well-organized, and proactive individual who can handle customer requests, manage sales administration, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Operations & Key Account Support: Support daily orders, deliveries management and issue resolution (support Sales Admin) , assist the Key Account Manager in operation activities .
- New Customer lead data Development: Develop new customers lead data, build a pipeline of potential customers , expand the customers network, manage customer relationships and maintain all data base, manage small customers and some sales from the office.
- Contract control and following / update and handle commercial contracts and trading terms.
- Customer Data & Onboarding: Customer master data governance (Odoo and internal) , Handling sales kits, onboarding documents, and tracking weekly issues (returns, cancellations, OOS).
- Marketing, Product & B2B Coordination: Manage online B2B customers, update product listings, support promotions, POSM, and trade marketing activities.
- Reporting - New products listing and update to system: Prepare sales reports and dashboards; monitor stock, update OOS and OVS situation to leader, Submit sales KPIs; support system data accuracy. Listing and New products execution .
- SOPs & Process Optimization: Maintain SOPs, following and introducing procedures to each sales staff , improve sales workflows, and coordinate process optimization initiatives. Control SOPs and checking.
- To be trained for Key users of Odoo system , guide Sales for applying Odoo.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or account management (experience in B2B/e-commerce is a plus).
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems (Odoo, MISA) is an advantage.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Team player with strong coordination abilities.
- Good English proficiency is a plus.
