Mô tả Công việc
- Manage operation as well as warehouse, export & import & domestic transportation, and other logistics processes.
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduct cost and ensure comitments for quanlity, customer satisfaction and delivery time are meet.
- Creat and manage budgets, comply with laws, regulations and ISO requiredments.
- Keep track day to day of warehouse allocation, stock level, delivery time, transportation cost.
- Direct the movement, storage or processing of inventory to ensure a effective flow of activity.
- Strategaically plan and manage logistics, transportation to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Perform and maintain metrics reporting and data analysits task to indentity issues and opportunities for process imporvements, maintain the most efficient operation with the lowest cost.
- Liaise and negotiate with related party such as customs, ports, shipment lines, FWDS, transportaton suppliers, warehouse handling suppliers to get the best offers and the the best servise.
- Coordinate with related department ( internal) to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or higher.
- At least 5 year experience in warehouse management. Logistics knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and practices.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Practice, have experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Ability to work with other Departments, understand their processes and their constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
- Knowledge about Logistict and Supply chain.
- Knowledge and implement delivery contact, rental warehouse contact, loading/unloading contract.

Công nghệ sản xuất của Giấy Sài Gòn được nhập khẩu toàn bộ từ các nhà cung cấp công nghệ giấy hàng đầu thế giới như Andritz, Kadant Lamort, Eimco, GL&V, Voith, ABB tại Mỹ, Pháp, Tây Ban Nha, Áo cùng đội ngũ chuyên gia giàu kinh nghiệm.
