Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager, based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement activities to ensure the hotel acquires high-quality products and services at optimal costs. Key responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring inventory is maintained efficiently. The role also involves working closely with various departments to meet needs while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and procurement processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as procurement and inventory management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
