Reporting to the Non-Trade Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for
- Coordinate with departments to identify periodic and unscheduled purchasing needs (office services, events, office IT accounts/equipment, stationery, equipment, machinery, tools, etc.), guaranteed within the approved budget.
- Research, evaluate and establish a list of reputable suppliers with competitive prices. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers. Regularly evaluate service and product quality and maintain cooperative relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Analysis, Research, and Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and provide analysis in support of alternate supply strategies or cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement/cost reduction programs.
- Analyze, collate, and summarize supplier performance data.
- Development and report on supplier capability assessment regarding business needs.
- Others: Perform any other duties as instructed by the management.

Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience/Industry requirements:
- Adhering to a high level of integrity is a must.
- Good in negotiations and communication. Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Good leadership capabilities.
- Negotiation and contract management.
