Mô tả Công việc
o Sourcing:
- Read and understand technical drawings and specifications to make Bill of Material.
- Source vendors and suppliers in construction industries, building materials in domestic and international.
- Contact international customers to discuss their requirements and obtain missing information or answer queries for sourcing.
- Process price proposals/ Purchase Order/ Contract via meetings, email, or phone for international customers.
- Check technical issues, prices, and contracts to be up to date.
o Project management:
- Deploy all project information and requirements to other departments and suppliers.
- Ensure all project information and requirements are interpreted and implemented correctly by chairing project meeting (kick-off, regular meetings…)
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Report to customers daily/ weekly on project status.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain department and QA/QC department to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Keep track of on-going projects until projects success.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service while maintaining cost efficiencies.
- Report weekly/ monthly results to the team leader/ manager.
o Others:
- Perform overall control of the work (budget, schedule, quality, customer service…) and report regularly.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
TIÊU CHUẨN TUYỂN / JOB SPECIAFICATION:
Học vấn/ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferable, Business Administration, or a related field
Kinh nghiệm/ Experience: 1 year at least
Ngoại ngữ/ Foreign Laguage: English
Vi tính/ Computer skill: MS Office
Yêu cầu khác/ Other:
- Proven work experience in Sourcing and Sales, or Project management of construction / industries experience or relevant fields
- Ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels and strategies that align with global
priorities while meeting local requirements.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication in English and time-management skills.
- Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude.
