Wash Plan:
Develop a monthly overall wash plan for each factory
Monitor progress, wash delivery/return schedule
Monitor and urge the approval of Shadeband/parameters for the first batch
Visit the factory to control production progress
Packing Plan:
Monitor the factory's packing plan
Final Schedule:
Create a final schedule with the factory
Update the final schedule for the QA team
Monitor the final schedule
Shipping Schedule:
Create weekly/monthly shipping schedules
Monitor shipping dates
Resolve arising issues:
Summarize and update issues related to orders
Inform relevant departments for timely resolution
Report special situations to superiors
Update information related to item codes for superiors
Book meetings with the factory to resolve issues
WFX:
Create FPO, FPPO
Enter finished goods into the warehouse, assign warehouse release for external factories
Report:
Report wash progress, wash stock
Pending wash
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Major: Textile/Garment
Knowledge of garment washing processes is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Skills: Analysis, negotiation, control, and problem-solving
Education: College degree or higher
