WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Enter customer information into internal and external systems.
- Coordinate with the Operations team (Booking, Documentation) and occasionally liaise directly with customers to clarify all requirements before forwarding them to the Operations team.
- Ensure a smooth process that complies with internal policies and standards. Work closely with the Procurement and Sales teams to maximize shipment profitability.
- Provide customer-related information (schedules, involved parties, etc.) to the Operations team.
- Check, update, and follow up on Purchase Orders in the system; if not completed, send reminders for submission.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 4th year or fresh graduate major in Foreign Trade/Logistics
· Career objective to work in Logistics field
· Careful, quick learning person
· Multi-tasking and working under pressure
· English communication in both verbal and non-verbal
