Mô tả Công việc
Assist in the effective implementation and administration of policies and procedures relating to recruitment, training and development, employee engagement and HR administrations.
1. Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, application screening, interview, offer letter preparation …
- Assist in facilitating for Newcomer and On-Boarding Sessions
- Follow up probation assessment, preparing labor contract, termination and disciplinary
2. Training and Employee engagement activities:
- Assist in logistics preparation for training and development activities
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities: Teambuilding, YEP, business trip booking, HR initiative …
3. Others:
- Developing and updating HR policies
- Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate from University
- Having 3 years’ experience in an MNC (FMCG industry is a plus)
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skill and Customer service oriented
- Diligent, careful and follow-through
- Positive attitude, can – do attitude, eager to learn, responsible and teamwork
