- Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous behaviour at all times.
- Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Assigns rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guest’s preferences and special requests
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Communication skills are used when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- 1 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
