The Group Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing overall revenue performance across AKYN Hospitality Group properties through strategic pricing, inventory control, forecasting, distribution management, and market analysis. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, and Operations teams to drive revenue optimization, market competitiveness, and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability across all properties
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and business mix to adjust pricing strategies proactively
• Analyze historical data, booking pace, pick-up trends, and market intelligence to optimize forecasts and pricing decisions
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis meetings with relevant stakeholders
Forecasting & Reporting
• Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance
• Generate revenue reports, market analysis, and performance dashboards for management review
• Monitor budget performance and identify risks or opportunities impacting revenue achievement
• Support annual budgeting and business planning processes
Distribution & Inventory Management
• Manage room inventory and availability across all distribution channels
• Ensure rate parity and optimize channel mix performance
• Work closely with E-Commerce and Reservations teams to maximize OTA, direct booking, and corporate business opportunities
• Monitor online travel agency performance, conversion trends, and commission efficiency
Commercial Collaboration
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and business strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Provide pricing recommendations for group business, corporate accounts, and special events
• Support pre-opening or new project revenue strategies when required
• Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure alignment between business demand and operational readiness
Systems & Process Management
• Maintain and optimize revenue management systems, channel managers, PMS, and reporting tools
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across systems
• Develop and standardize revenue management processes across the Group
• Train and guide hotel teams on revenue management best practices

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality industry
• Experience handling multi-property or group-level revenue management is preferred
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of hotel distribution channels, OTA platforms, and market dynamics
• Proficiency in PMS, RMS, Channel Manager systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
