Scrum Master – Banking domain
Onsite: Rox Tower, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi

1. RESPONSIBILITY
● Act as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
● Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
● Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
● Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
● Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of accountability and self-organization.
● Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and efficiency.
● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
● Ensure that project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.
2. REQUIREMENTS
● Proven experience as a Scrum Master with at least 1 years of experience.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
● Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● Familiarity with digital banking systems, technologies, and trends is a plus.
● Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
