Support associates:
- Support for associates from Hanoi site: deliver items, gift distribution list, contact supporter.
- Support exit checklist for associates (internal and external): exit checklist, record returned accessories.
- Support for accessories request/ exchange/ return for associates in department
- Prepare for new joiner (internal and external): pickup new joiner, PC arrangement, create user ID.
Distribute gifts/vouchers/benefits on special occasion.
Tracking accessories and assets
- Support in managing facilities and raising ticket for fixing or improvement.
- Keep track and record computer deployment and replacement process.
- Manage and record department assets and accessories.
Support department
- Other tasks will be assigned depending on your performance.
- Check and update employee list, (internal and external) and department organizational chart.
- Coordinate with other department for associate benefit/ gifts.
- Support in receiving/ sending courier.
- Support in purchasing request for department (contact vendor, getting quotation, raise purchase order and follow- up, receive goods and delivery, process payment request or expense claim request)
- Support in organizing department meeting, workshop, and other events.
- Be willing to give support for Head of Department and department secretary for some arising issues.
- Support in welcoming guest, invitation letter, investment certificate copies, laminated certificates.
