Position Title: Presales Consultant
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Product Managers: Deliver presales technical consultancy and solution design.
- Lead Customer Engagements: Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Develop Technical Documents: Analyze customer requirements and prepare solution proposals, architecture designs, and BOMs.
- Assist with RFP/RFI Responses: Support partner enablement, opportunity qualification, and tender compliance.
- Conduct Training Workshops: Provide training for partners/resellers and internal teams.
- Maintain Technical Certifications: Obtain and maintain certifications for relevant vendor technologies.
- Build Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company solutions to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Offer Market Insights: Support solution positioning and provide content recommendations.
- Support Business Growth: Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in presales, postsales, or technical consulting - ideally in network security, cybersecurity, or IT distribution.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network and cybersecurity technologies (network security, application security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity & access management, SIEM/SOAR).
- Hands-On Vendor Experience: Familiarity with security vendors like Splunk, BeyondTrust, Broadcom Symantec, Zscaler, and others.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Learning Agility: Fast learner with solid IT foundations and an understanding of solution-based selling & new technologies.
- Certifications: CEH, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications are a strong plus.
- Multitasking and Collaboration: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Language Proficiency: Good English, both written and spoken.

Với các ngành chuyên môn, ứng viên cần có kiến thức chuyên ngành, kinh nghiệm thực tế và khả năng sử dụng các công cụ, phần mềm liên quan. Ngoài ra, tiếng Anh và tư duy xử lý vấn đề cũng là lợi thế quan trọng.
Mức lương trung bình tại TP.HCM dao động từ 8–15 triệu đồng/tháng cho các vị trí phổ thông hoặc mới ra trường, từ 15–30 triệu đồng/tháng cho nhân sự có kinh nghiệm, và có thể cao hơn nhiều đối với các vị trí quản lý hoặc chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực công nghệ, tài chính và marketing. Bên cạnh đó, nhiều doanh nghiệp còn có chế độ thưởng, hoa hồng và phúc lợi hấp dẫn.
Nơi tuyển dụng tập trung tại các quận trung tâm như Quận 1, Quận 3, Bình Thạnh, Tân Bình, Thủ Đức và các khu công nghiệp, khu công nghệ cao.
