- HR Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Lead the performance appraisal cycle to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with business priorities.

- Knowledge
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master‘s degree is a plus).
- Skills
- At least 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 4 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and organizational development practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix, or multinational environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus

Nhu cầu tuyển dụng ngày càng tăng trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số phát triển mạnh, kéo theo yêu cầu nâng cao năng lực bảo mật dữ liệu và đấu tranh với các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật trên không gian mạng.
