Job Summary:
The purpose of the position is to support the Planning and Finance Office at VJU. The candidate will be responsible for processing accounting documents, maintenance of accounts, preparation and revision of external and internal financial reports inclusive of budgetary control and tax declaration.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Duty 1: Ensure documentation relating to payments is duly in accordance with the law and regulations by authorities and approved by management system of VJU.
- Duty 2: Prepare payment and accounting documents/financial reports according to the accounting regulations and guidelines/donor requirement. Check budget lines to ensure that all transactions are correctly booked to the correct budget lines.
- Duty 3: Prepare and make transaction with bank and treasury. Prepare and submit the periodic tax declaration, filing of return…
- Duty 4: Facilitate the adherence to the organization accounting procedures. Development of budget monitoring, maintaining financial records, management of cash imprest and accounts reconciliations (with banks, treasury, tax station…)
- Duty 5: Undertake preparation of accounts for audit and facilitate the adherence to the organization accounting procedures Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, revenue and cost reconciliations and maintain records on file
- Duty 6: Continuously improve systems & procedures to enhance internal controls to satisfy audit requirements and laws
- Duty 7: Other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Qualifications and Experiences
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields to the job position (Accounting/Finance). Professional qualifications in CPA or CFA will be preferred.
- Working experiences: Minimum 2 years of working experiences in financial budgeting, accounting, financial analyzing. Working experiences in finance in public sector in general or higher education environment in particular will be preferred.
- Foreign language: English with IELTS 6.5.
- Preferred skills:
- Proficient computer skills: Accounting software, tax declaration software, Microsoft Office, Searching tools, Financial analysis software/tools…
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deadlines commitment.
- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and teamwork skills.
- Logical thinking.

Salary and Benefit
Successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package comprising of:
- Basic monthly salary: negotiable;
- Monthly meal allowances: 700,000 VND;
- Social and health insurance: in accordance with the law and regulation
- Performance-based additional pay;

Kỹ năng yêu cầu: kiến thức vững về công nghệ thông tin, an ninh mạng và hệ thống máy tính, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, xử lý sự cố bảo mật và tư duy logic tốt. Ứng viên cần có tinh thần kỷ luật, trách nhiệm cao và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chính trị, đạo đức theo quy định của ngành công an. Ngoài ra, các chứng chỉ quốc tế về bảo mật hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực cybersecurity sẽ là lợi thế lớn.
Mức lương trung bình từ 8–15 triệu đồng/tháng đối với nhân sự mới hoặc vị trí kỹ thuật cơ bản, từ 15–35 triệu đồng/tháng đối với chuyên viên an ninh mạng, kỹ sư bảo mật hoặc nhân sự có chuyên môn sâu về công nghệ cao. Bên cạnh đó, người lao động còn được hưởng phụ cấp ngành, chế độ bảo hiểm và các quyền lợi đặc thù theo quy định.
