Job Responsibilities
- Supports the senior management team with compliance advice and solutions with an initial strong focus on anti-corruption and trade sanctions
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures aligned with Maersk and global standards (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, AML)
- Collaborate with Maersk compliance team to ensure the successful implementation of the local Compliance Program
- Provide consultation/advisory & maintain oversight of government arrangements and interactions
- Actively pursue ongoing, effective communications and provision of training on compliance requirements. Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese
- Identify areas of high risk and work with the regional management team to mitigate the identified risks in the entity
- Develop solutions to match business and compliance needs
- Provide guidance on compliance obligations and best practices, including third-party due diligence
- Achieve compliance for complex transactions and projects by involving all stakeholders
- Perform compliance risk assessments, monitoring and reporting
- Perform investigations on corruption or trade controls allegations
- Support internal control implementation and effectiveness matters regarding the compliance program
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related fields. Candidates with legal or Finance backgrounds are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs, focusing on corruption prevention/ investigations, foreign trade controls.
- Strong knowledge of FCPA and UK Bribery Act Compliance
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese regulatory landscape and international compliance laws
- Experience in the transportation and logistics sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in conducting due diligence, training, and investigations
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Ability to hold a position, yet partnering with the business teams to find solutions to complex issues
- Commercial mindset, drive to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment

Tuyển dụng PA05 là nhu cầu tìm kiếm nhân sự phục vụ công tác an ninh mạng, phòng chống tội phạm sử dụng công nghệ cao và bảo vệ an toàn thông tin trong lực lượng công an. Nhu cầu tuyển dụng ngày càng tăng trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số phát triển mạnh, kéo theo yêu cầu nâng cao năng lực bảo mật dữ liệu và đấu tranh với các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật trên không gian mạng.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm: cán bộ an ninh mạng, chuyên viên kỹ thuật công nghệ thông tin, phân tích dữ liệu, quản trị hệ thống, điều tra tội phạm công nghệ cao, kỹ sư bảo mật và nhân sự hỗ trợ kỹ thuật nghiệp vụ. Ngoài ra, một số đơn vị còn tuyển dụng nhân sự có chuyên môn về trí tuệ nhân tạo, lập trình, phân tích mã độc hoặc điều tra số phục vụ công tác chuyên ngành.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu: kiến thức vững về công nghệ thông tin, an ninh mạng và hệ thống máy tính, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, xử lý sự cố bảo mật và tư duy logic tốt. Ứng viên cần có tinh thần kỷ luật, trách nhiệm cao và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chính trị, đạo đức theo quy định của ngành công an. Ngoài ra, các chứng chỉ quốc tế về bảo mật hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực cybersecurity sẽ là lợi thế lớn.
Mức lương trung bình từ 8–15 triệu đồng/tháng đối với nhân sự mới hoặc vị trí kỹ thuật cơ bản, từ 15–35 triệu đồng/tháng đối với chuyên viên an ninh mạng, kỹ sư bảo mật hoặc nhân sự có chuyên môn sâu về công nghệ cao. Bên cạnh đó, người lao động còn được hưởng phụ cấp ngành, chế độ bảo hiểm và các quyền lợi đặc thù theo quy định.
