Responsible for managing promotional gifts, POSM coordination through the SAP system
Supporting MKT Team with paperwork, event logistics, and marketing materials.
o Promotional Gifts & POSM Managements:
- Manage promotional gifts for all LE BUs: Planning, design, production, usage, and stock management.
- Execute Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) for Gifts on the SAP/HANA system.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to monitor the delivery process from warehouses or ports to customer, ensuring it is smooth, timely, and successful
o Support the execution and logistics for display products for dealer conventions, seminars, and other department events
o Handle administrative tasks: Request of Purchase (POR), Payment requests, contract processing, internal document filling and managing all MKT Design Files.
o Assist in preparing marketing materials, including social media content, POSM, and other brand-related items.
o Report to the Line Manager upon completion of tasks or as required
o Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o University graduated (Major in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred)
o At least 01 Year working experience in similar position
o Good communication & presentation skill (Vietnamese & English)
o Dynamic, aggressive, hard-working, and high responsibilities
o Can work under high pressure
