Customer Profile: Global SMB and mid-market customers (APAC focus).
Inputs: new clients, onboarding plans, usage data, support requests
Outputs: Activated Accounts, Adoption success, Retention Logos/Revenue, Expansion revenue
- Lead onboarding for new customers; ensure smooth and complete setup
- Drive product adoption with training, check-ins, and activation programs
- Analyze customer usage to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
- Provide proactive support across email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls
- Maintain customer health: usage, satisfaction, risk alerts, documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to solve customer challenges
- Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
- Manage long-term relationships with decision-makers
- 1+ year in Customer Success, Onboarding, or client-facing roles
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Fluent English (IELTS 6.5+ equivalent)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving
- Positive, growth-oriented, resilient personality
- Comfortable talking to managers, directors, and C-level
- Knowledge of work management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Tech/Communications

- Compensation will be discussed during the interview. OTE ranges from $600 for entry-level roles to $2,000 for senior positions (5+ years of experience).
