SCOPE OF WORK
As the Casino Promotion & Event Manager / Senior Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of casino promotions, gaming tournaments, and large‑scale events. You will be responsible for ensuring every campaign is well‑designed, compliant, operationally sound, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver premium guest experiences in a fast‑paced casino environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Promotion & Tournament Management
- Develop and manage the annual promotions calendar, including recurring campaigns and gaming tournaments (Slots & Tables).
- Oversee the creation of promotion mechanics, prize structures, and operational workflows.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of major casino events such as VIP galas, themed celebrations, entertainment nights, and special activations.
- Manage budgeting, vendor sourcing, production timelines, and on‑site coordination.
- Ensure all events deliver a seamless, premium experience consistent with the resort’s luxury standards.
Operational Oversight & Cross‑Department Coordination
- Work closely with Gaming Operations, F&B, Security, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all promotions and events.
- Establish clear processes, documentation, and communication to support efficient operations.
- Monitor event and promotion performance to ensure objectives are met.
Budget Management & Performance Reporting
- Oversee budgets for assigned promotions and events, ensuring cost control and strong ROI.
- Review and prepare post‑event and post‑campaign analysis reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in casino marketing, events, hospitality, or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of casino promotional mechanics and event operations.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and guest experience.
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese or Chinese/Korean is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as these are the peak times for casino events.
- Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure gaming environment.

Mức lương trung bình từ 7–15 triệu đồng/tháng đối với người mới hoặc junior, từ 15–30 triệu đồng/tháng đối với người có kinh nghiệm hoặc làm trong các dự án chuyên sâu. Freelancer trong lĩnh vực âm thanh cũng khá phổ biến, thu nhập linh hoạt theo dự án hoặc sản phẩm.
