Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an F&B Sales Manager at the Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, located in Tân Bình. The F&B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the food and beverage sectors of the hotel. Specific duties include identifying and targeting potential clients, creating and executing a sales strategy, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The individual will collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, driving brand and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- 3 year experience in food and beverage or hospitality services, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge in event planning and catering services, including managing end-to-end event logistics.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Analytical and negotiation skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize revenue.
- Ability to handle pressure well and ability to lead their teams.
