- Continuously maintain, update, and expand knowledge of the hotel’s products and services.
- Contribute to business planning and suggest additional services to enhance value.
- Assist in developing action plans, including strategy, timeline, execution, task assignment, and performance measurement.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Promote and sell hotel products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve client issues.
- Follow up on assigned payments and collections.
- Leverage opportunities or share useful information with colleagues to support sales.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and build new ones.
- Support promotion of the hotel group’s brands.
- Coordinate internal and external arrangements related to travel agents and serviced apartments.
- Handle administrative responsibilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, travel agency, or hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of travel products, services, and agency operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).
- Good organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to support sales activities (quotations, bookings, contracts, and follow-ups).
- Basic understanding of billing, payments, and account handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM/system experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Willing to support administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
