Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks) with consistency in quality and presentation.
- Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing bar cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar team members to maintain service excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage trends, promotions, and menu offerings.
- Ensure accurate billing, cashiering, and reporting procedures.
- Coordinate with F&B Service and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
