What You’ll Be Doing
You will support our people operations by handling full-cycle recruitment and delivering comprehensive HR services. Your responsibilities include:
General HR Support
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate hardcopy and digital employee records.
- Assist with performance management and probation review processes.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events, and maintain HR calendars.
- Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment contract preparation
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure employee documentation is complete and updated.
- Prepare and submit reports on key HR activities and metrics.
- Assist with payroll administration, including data compilation, attendance validation, and coordination with payroll teams.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Provide support on matters related to labor laws, statutory requirements, and employee relations.
- Support other assigned HR and administrative functions as needed.
- Stay updated on HR trends, tools, payroll technology, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnam.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, HR systems, and business communication tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, HR operations, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, statutory requirements, and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to payroll processes, payroll inputs, and monthly payroll cycles.
- Strong HR administration and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Thái Nguyên là một tỉnh thuộc vùng Trung du và miền núi Bắc Bộ, nổi tiếng với chè Thái Nguyên, khoáng sản và các khu công nghiệp phát triển. Trung tâm hành chính của tỉnh là TP. Thái Nguyên, nơi tập trung các cơ quan hành chính, kinh tế, giáo dục và dịch vụ. Kinh tế Thái Nguyên phát triển mạnh ở các lĩnh vực công nghiệp khai thác khoáng sản, chế biến, sản xuất điện tử, nông – lâm nghiệp và thương mại dịch vụ.

Các khu công nghiệp Sông Công, Điềm Thụy, Yên Bình và các doanh nghiệp chế biến chè, khoáng sản tạo nhiều cơ hội việc làm cho lao động địa phương. Nhìn chung, Thái Nguyên là tỉnh có tiềm năng phát triển công nghiệp và nông nghiệp công nghệ cao, thích hợp cho người lao động muốn gắn bó lâu dài với miền Bắc.
