General overview of the job
· The Senior Project Coordinator supports execution of global technical programs within the Softlines division, ensuring structured coordination across laboratories, SMEs, regulatory, and commercial teams.
· The role focuses on project tracking, documentation control, cross-functional alignment, and operational follow-through to enable timely delivery of global initiatives such as test method harmonization, technical guidance development, protocol management, and client-specific programs.
This is not an administrative support role in isolation. It is a program execution role with ownership of tracking, coordination discipline, and output quality control.
Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)
1. Coordinate and track Global Softlines Technical Governance projects, including:
o Global Test Method Library development and transition
o Technical Guidance document creation and rollout
o SME Council activities and deliverables
o Client-specific technical program execution (e.g., protocols, report templates, benchmark testing follow-ups etc.)
2. Maintain and manage central trackers and dashboards, including:
o SOP transition tracker
o SME assignment and progress tracker
o Technical guidance development tracker
o KPI and milestone tracking
3. Drive follow-ups across regions (US, EU, China, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc.) to ensure timelines are met
o Proactively identify delays, gaps, and misalignment
o Escalate risks with clear facts and status
4. Support development and formatting of:
o Global SOP documents (D4 format)
o Technical guidance documents
o Client protocols and test plans
o Internal governance materials and presentations
5. Ensure document control and version management discipline
o Maintain consistency with global naming conventions (e.g., ERF-SL codes)
o Track revisions, approvals, and publication status
6. Coordinate SME engagement workflows
o Manage assignment distribution
o Consolidate feedback
o Prepare structured review summaries for decision-making
7. Support meeting execution and governance cadence
o Prepare agendas, trackers, and pre-read materials
o Capture key decisions, actions, and ownership
Ensure closure of action items
May support coordination across regional teams and junior coordinators as function scales
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):
· 5–8 years of experience in: Project coordination / program management, preferably in TIC industry, manufacturing, or technical services
· Experience working in cross-regional/global environments
· Exposure to textile/apparel/consumer product testing is strongly preferred
Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):
· Bachelor’s degree in: Textiles, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field
Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills)
· Strong English communication (written and verbal) – mandatory
· Ability to work with non-native English teams across regions
Khác (Others)
- Strong project tracking and coordination discipline (Excel, trackers, dashboards)
- High attention to detail, structure, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing control
- Comfortable working with technical content (test methods, protocols, regulatory topics)
- Strong follow-up mindset – does not wait, actively drives closure
- Ability to challenge inconsistencies and bring structure to ambiguity
- Proficiency in:
- Excel (mandatory)
- PowerPoint (for structured reporting)
- SharePoint / document management systems
