Responsibilities:
- RF Front-End Module Development: Perform RF module simulation, EM analysis, integration, and optimization; develop test automation and data processing workflows; execute module-level validation, reliability characterization, and reporting.
- BAW/SAW Filter Development: Support resonator and ladder filter design; conduct modeling and simulations; assist with layout and mask data preparation; correlate simulations with measurements; develop automation for test data and tuning workflows; prepare characterization reports.
- SOI RF Switch Development: Design and simulate RF switch devices at transistor and device level; perform compact model extraction and calibration; create and optimize layouts with parasitic extraction and EM modeling; prepare mask data and tape-out documentation; conduct reliability evaluations and root-cause analysis.
- LNA and PA Development: Support linear/nonlinear circuit simulations; automate load-pull measurements and analyze performance data; assist integration of LNA/PA blocks within RF front-end modules; perform characterization and optimization with detailed reporting.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Proficient in using soldering tools, RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers), and power supplies for hardware validation and debugging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in RF hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, impedance matching, and signal integrity.
- Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS) and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, …).
- Familiarity with BAW/SAW filter design, SOI switch integration, and LNA/PA architecture.
- Proficiency in RF testing and troubleshooting using soldering tools and RF measurement equipment.
- Good English and Vietnamese communications skills, both verbal and writing.
- Attending international training & business trip if required
- Experience with complete product development cycle is preferred
