1. INTRODUCTION

2. RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze the market and research competitors to develop suitable marketing strategies for each app category.
- Plan and execute user acquisition advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, etc.
- Monitor, analyze data, fine-tune, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure KPIs and other metrics (such as ROI, ROAS) meet the company’s monthly and quarterly goals.
- Generate creative ideas for ad content to support the Video Editing team.
- Optimize conversion rates for key elements on the Google Play Store and Apple Store.
- Research consumer insights and marketing strategies, and propose adjustments to current strategies as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
- Strong organizational, planning, reporting, supervision, and campaign evaluation skills.
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing within the mobile app industry.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, App Annie, SensorTower, Google Trends and other market intelligence platforms.
- Deep understanding of mobile app marketing, user funnels, and performance-driven acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude and willingness to experiment.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
