Human Resources traineeship is a great alternative pathway to get started in your career, and it involves tasks such as making new starter packs, ordering stationary, employment screening, reference checks, and managing a database.
Support onboarding procedures.
Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Referring issues to senior HR associate
Assist in organizing HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
Self- motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
Requires exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, as you need to communicate with people throughout your organization effectively
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Availability to commit 4- 6 months for the duration of the internship
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
