Daily Operations
- Collect testing data and reports from multiple laboratories in a timely manner.
- Organize, standardize, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Verify and validate data accuracy, identifying discrepancies or missing information.
- Communicate data-related issues, feedback, and updates with internal stakeholders.
- Using the ELIMS system, create a test plan and send a report to the client.
Others
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as receiving samples from log-in and scanning barcodes to record the sample receipt time.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Data Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience in data handling, reporting, or data management systems (laboratory is a plus)
- ISO 17025 / ISO 17025
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LIMS/ELIMS systems is an advantage
- English comprehension
