About The Position
Virtuos Glass egg is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our finance department to oversee the general accounting, finance and planning operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function for Glass egg Studio.
- Ensure the team processes all accounting transactions correctly and that all month-end, quarterly-end and yearly-end closings are completed promptly and effectively.
- Oversee monthly stat book closing and reconciliation.
- Assist in establishing/executing accounting policies and streamlining work. procedures, and complying fully with local statutory convention.
- Assist Studio GM with Studio rolling forecast and budget preparation.
- Perform financial and planning analysis for studio operations to deliver insights to the studio management and advise for action in a timely manner.
- Participate in corporate ERP implementation project.
- Produce financial reports to external and internal mgmt.
- Review the tax filings.
- Communicate with the external tax authority and handle the inquiries.
- Lead the annual external audits and other special audits.
- Apply and maintain the subsidies and other incentives for Studio.
- Maintain the external relationship with the banks, authorities, auditors, etc.
- Coordinating and communicate with group finance team overseas & other locations on various accounting and tax matters.
- Lead, coach and develop the team to build the team core competence through a series of development initiatives such as on-the-job training, job enrichment, job rotation, etc.
- Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
- Chief Accountant certification is required
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- 8+ years of working experience, including the experience of ERP and Dashboard implementation.
- Experience in the technology or media industry is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam Tax laws and accounting regulations, the professional. accounting qualification (ACCA,) is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills.
- Prior MNC background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, proactive, good leadership, good analytical skills.

Review Virtuos Việt Nam (SPARX*)
Nhật Bản là quốc gia phát triển ở châu Á, nổi tiếng với nền kinh tế hiện đại, công nghệ cao và kỷ luật lao động nghiêm ngặt. Đây là một trong những thị trường lao động thu hút người Việt sang làm việc, đặc biệt theo diện thực tập sinh và kỹ sư.
