1. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance technical skills and professional development across all teams.
- Manage team performance through clear KPIs, regular feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing operations aligned with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure cost-effectiveness across production processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness.
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting customer requirements.
- Optimize production schedules to maximize output while minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949) across all manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with QA teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Establish robust systems for monitoring product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment to meet precision standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure preventative maintenance programs are effective in minimizing equipment downtime.
- Manage new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment upgrades within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain) for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Develop and manage budgets for labor costs, materials procurement, capital expenditures, and technology investments.
- Evaluate investments in new technologies or equipment that enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 10 years in managerial roles overseeing Production/Quality/Engineering functions within precision parts manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of precision machining techniques (e.g., CNC programming), process automation tools, lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with industry certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949.
- Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to build high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with strong analytical skills for troubleshooting processes or equipment issues.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
