Mô tả Công việc
- Conduct periodic supplier process audits and process validations to ensure compliance with RSC quality requirements and consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance, including key quality indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY), and collaborate with Supply Quality and Procurement teams to develop and implement supplier quality improvement action plans.
- Lead supplier Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, follow-up, and effectiveness verification to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze shop-floor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and customer claims related to supplier quality; identify recurring issues and trends; and collaborate with Supply Quality, Procurement, and suppliers to implement appropriate improvement actions.
- Collaborate with Procurement to conduct new supplier audits and qualification assessments, evaluating suppliers’ Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing capabilities, process controls, and ability to meet RSC quality requirements.
- Review, evaluate, and approve supplier samples, FOP/PPS, using appropriate inspection and testing methods to verify suppliers’ ability to consistently deliver products that meet RSC quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Product Compliance team to assess suppliers’ regulatory compliance capabilities, including their ability to meet applicable regulatory, testing, certification, and documentation requirements for RSC’s target markets.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain quality control plans, inspection checklists, and related quality standards for raw materials, components, semi-finished products, and finished products to support effective Supplier Quality Control (SQC) and Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection and control activities.
- Develop and conduct supplier training programs covering quality control requirements, CAPA and root cause analysis, product quality standards, inspection requirements, and RSC quality procedures to strengthen supplier quality capabilities and ensure consistent implementation of RSC requirements

- English level
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different organizational levels and functions, including internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Computer skill and/or software
- MS Office, Autocad, MRP/ERP, QC Apps, Power BI, Quality Reporting Dashboard,.
3. Professional knowledge
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D/CAPA, FMEA.
- Good understanding of inspection, testing, AQL sampling, defect classification, and acceptance criteria.
4. Professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
