As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking both SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
For Senior Interior Designer
- Lead projects from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
- Develop strong design narratives, spatial strategies and material concepts.
- Present and defend design proposals to clients.
- Ensure design integrity throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers.
For Interior Designer
- Support concept development and detailed design packages.
- Prepare layout plans, 3D models and presentation materials.
- Assist in material selection and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design consistency.
- Participate in client presentations and site visits as needed
Requirements
Senior Interior Designer
· 5+ years of professional experience within reputable design consultancies.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end Residential or Hospitality projects.
· Proven ability to lead design development from concept through documentation.
· Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
· Solid understanding of materials, detailing, and construction standards for luxury projects.
· Strong conceptual thinking, presentation skills, and English proficiency.
Interior Designer
· 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design practice.
· Experience in Hospitality projects is highly desirable.
· Good design sensibility with strong technical and detailing capability.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, Adobe Suite…
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Application & Compensation
· Documents to be submitted: CV (in English) and a Portfolio of previous project experience.
· Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
