FMP’s growing team of dedicated expatriate physicians specializes in emergency & evacuation medicine, pediatrics, general practice, internal medicine, infectious diseases, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, and psychiatry, among others.
Position Overview
We are seeking 02 friendly and service-minded individuals to join our team as:
- Japanese Customer Service Liaison
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients at reception and throughout their visit
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, procedures, and doctors’ schedules
- Assist patients with appointment booking, insurance claims, and medical paperwork
- Act as an interpreter between patients and doctors when needed
- Follow up with patients for feedback, follow-up appointments, and ongoing care
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude in all patient interactions
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff, doctors, and the management team
- Assist with communication materials or marketing activities when required

- Vietnamese currently living in Da Nang
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above); conversational English is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and professional
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
