ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development and software implementation projects within the banking domain
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) based on project needs
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and post-implementation support
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Facilitate project ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile/Scrum projects)
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance standards are followed
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- From 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in software development and software implementation projects
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the banking/financial service domain
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Good command of English is a big avantage
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments is a plus

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
