The Business Analyst reports directly to the Project Manager and Head of Analyst & Assurance
The Business Analyst role
As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and project teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully deliver solutions to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for tasks in the following areas:
- Take ownership of business analysis activities and be accountable for the success of product delivery in alignment with customer value and business goals
- Lead requirements workshops and validation sessions with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, PM, Designer) to ensure shared understanding of the solution logic
- Apply business analysis techniques such as use case modeling, process flow design, and impact analysis to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and provides measurable value
- Proactively review test cases prepared by QA to ensure they fully reflect business requirements and minimize misunderstandings
- Leverage AI tools to improve requirement documentation, reduce turnaround time, and enhance communication clarification
- Analyze customer feedback (UAT/end-user) and support continuous improvement initiatives for both product and service quality, contributing to upsell potential and long-term client satisfaction
- Perform other tasks assigned by Chapter Head in line with the company direction
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 03 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role;
- Domain Knowledge: understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred
- Good command of English communications skills
- Understand of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile);
- Domain Knowledge: understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA), Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
