Job Description
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of complex cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process to provide timely feedback on features and improvements.
- Analyze existing QC processes and recommend improvements to enhance software quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and user flows, including partner integrations and edge cases.
- Communicate effectively across departments to support continuous improvement and high-quality product delivery.
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues.
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine root causes and propose appropriate solutions.
Required skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a QC engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases based on functional requirements.
- Experience in API Testing.
- Intermediate-level SQL knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively in Agile teams.
- Experience or research in test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and regular expressions is a plus.
