The Developer Relations team at Roblox is looking for new team members for our ever- growing International Developer Engagement Team. We&039;re looking for someone who is passionate about Roblox and growing the local creator community in their region.

You Are
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Physically located in the Vietnam
Identify and engage with potential partners within the developer community to build and maintain a strong partnership pipeline
Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and connect developers across regions.
Support translation and localization efforts to ensure programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally relevant to global audiences.
Manage programs from initial concept through successful completion, setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes.
Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines
Follow established team processes while identifying opportunities to refine and improve workflows.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and one of the applied languages
Knowledge and understanding of community processes, methodologies and best practices
Great understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history
Early career / fresh grad preferred
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for supporting and growing a global developer ecosystem.
Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship- building abilities, both online and offline
Ability to work cross- functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment with a team- first mentality
Believe that helping the community is crucial to the success of the company
A desire to help empower and encourage our developer community
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Việc làm tại KV Tây Nguyên khá đa dạng, từ lao động phổ thông đến các vị trí chuyên môn. Các công việc phổ biến gồm: thu hoạch cà phê, hồ tiêu, cao su; công nhân xưởng chế biến; nhân viên bán hàng, kinh doanh thị trường; và hướng dẫn viên du lịch. Nhiều doanh nghiệp cũng tuyển nhân viên kinh doanh khu vực để phát triển thị trường tại các tỉnh Tây Nguyên.
Mức lương trung bình dao động từ 7–12 triệu đồng/tháng, có thể lên đến 20–30 triệu nếu làm kinh doanh hoặc vị trí quản lý. Các công việc thời vụ hoặc lao động nông nghiệp thường trả lương theo ngày, khoảng 250k–400k/ngày tùy việc.
Những nơi hay tuyển dụng gồm: công ty nông sản, nhà máy chế biến, doanh nghiệp thương mại, khu du lịch và nhà hàng – khách sạn. Công việc tại đây thường ổn định, phù hợp cho người muốn lập nghiệp lâu dài ở khu vực có tiềm năng phát triển. Ưu điểm là chi phí sinh hoạt thấp, cơ hội nghề nghiệp đang mở rộng nhờ đầu tư vào hạ tầng và du lịch.
Tuy nhiên, điều kiện làm việc có thể vất vả hơn vùng đô thị, đòi hỏi sức khỏe và tinh thần chịu khó.
