BAT Vietnam has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Finance Analyst role.
What You Will Be Accountable For
Business
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all the required input would be timely and accurately provided to prepare DRBU monthly deck.
- Maintain all the supporting details required relating to the S&OP process
- Manage the Marketing Overhead budget to ensure actual tracking against budget and highlight to the budget holder(s) in case of any discrepancy
- Coordination of overall Marketing Investments across the cluster including sensitivities to propose resource allocation decisions to FD
- Custody all the records (hard & soft documents) to ensure fully address any audit and/or control and/or control navigator and/or risk management requirement of the function.
- Be responsible for any system set up and maintenance thru SAP as needed.
- Participate actively any project if required.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships within finance leadership team
- Strong working relationships with cross functional employees
- Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional competency) then pro-active drive development plan to ensure the skill and knowledge levels are met expectations.
- Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full
- Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviors and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance at large FMCGs/MNCs.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Analytical mentality with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
