Key Responsibilities
As part of People Advisory Services Tax - PIT Services Team, you are provided with the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of deploying a globally mobile workforce.
- Focusing on Personal Income Tax issues (both local and expatriate employees) for companies with globally mobile employees.
- Applying Personal Income Tax knowledge and expand it to include experience on cross-border situations, application of tax treaties, cross-border mobility situations
- Engaging in variety of projects including employment tax risk reviews, internal tax review, tax health check, tax audit assistance, employment arrangement advice
- Liaising with overseas EY offices to coordinate complete cross-border advice for our clients
- Managing multiple engagements and other related activities.
- Managing client expectations, deadlines and deliverables.
- Mentoring/coaching and assist staff to reach their full potential.
- Developing effective relationships with clients and relevant state authorities.
- Keeping abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business, Banking or relevant majors.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a professional services/corporate environment in relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Detail oriented and possess initiative
- Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful and analytical

Khu vực Bắc Trung Bộ là vùng nằm giữa miền Bắc và miền Trung Việt Nam, gồm các tỉnh từ Thanh Hóa đến Thừa Thiên Huế. Đây là khu vực đang phát triển với thế mạnh về nông nghiệp, công nghiệp nhẹ và du lịch.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm kỹ sư xây dựng, kỹ thuật viên điện, công nhân may mặc, nhân viên kinh doanh, hướng dẫn viên du lịch và giáo viên.
Mức lương trung bình dao động từ 5 đến 12 triệu đồng/tháng, tùy theo ngành nghề và địa phương.
Các tỉnh có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao là Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An và Thừa Thiên Huế. Khu kinh tế Nghi Sơn, các khu công nghiệp và các doanh nghiệp FDI là nơi hay tuyển lao động. Ngoài ra, lĩnh vực du lịch – dịch vụ ở Huế cũng thu hút nhiều nhân sự. Nguồn lao động địa phương dồi dào, nhưng kỹ năng còn hạn chế, cần được đào tạo thêm. Bắc Trung Bộ đang được đầu tư để phát triển công nghiệp và logistics, tạo thêm nhiều cơ hội việc làm.
