The position plays a critical role in supporting our Core Diagnostics (CRDx) hospital business by ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and compliant translation of technical and operational documentation. This position directly contributes to tender readiness, commercial execution, and operational excellence, helping Abbott deliver trusted diagnostic solutions to healthcare partners across Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities
Translation & Documentation Support
- Translate operation manuals and related technical documents for CRDx instruments with high accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Ensure translated materials fully meet tender requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, tender, and operations teams) to ensure timely delivery of translated documents.
- Maintain version control, validity, and availability of all translated operation manuals and technical documents.
- Develop and manage a centralized translation library to support tender submissions and distributor participation.
- Provide timely documentation support to commercial teams and sub‑distributors during bidding and tender processes.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in translation or documentation work.
- Previous exposure to technical, medical, or scientific content is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation/ Linguistics/Languages or a related field
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and document consistency.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with administrative and document management tasks.
- Honest, careful, patient, and highly responsible.
- Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative working style.
- Ability to follow structured processes in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Alignment with Abbott Capabilities Framework (Supervisory Level).
- Vietnamese (native or fluent)
- English (professional working proficiency)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with translation tools; experience with CAT tools is an advantage.

Khu vực Bắc Trung Bộ là vùng nằm giữa miền Bắc và miền Trung Việt Nam, gồm các tỉnh từ Thanh Hóa đến Thừa Thiên Huế. Đây là khu vực đang phát triển với thế mạnh về nông nghiệp, công nghiệp nhẹ và du lịch.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm kỹ sư xây dựng, kỹ thuật viên điện, công nhân may mặc, nhân viên kinh doanh, hướng dẫn viên du lịch và giáo viên.
Mức lương trung bình dao động từ 5 đến 12 triệu đồng/tháng, tùy theo ngành nghề và địa phương.
