Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high standards of personalized and intuitive service to guests throughout the entire guest journey, from pre-arrival arrangements to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Establish a strong understanding of guest preferences, profiles, and expectations by reviewing guest history and engaging in meaningful interactions, with the aim of creating emotional connection and guest loyalty
- Conduct in-room check-in and check-out procedures in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, ensuring accuracy of guest information and compliance with hotel standards
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, preferences, and potential concerns, taking initiative to exceed expectations and resolve issues before they arise
- Provide comprehensive in-room services, including unpacking and packing luggage, garment care (pressing, organizing wardrobe), and detailed room preparation aligned with guest preferences
- Ensure all guest amenities, special requests, and personalized touches are prepared and delivered in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling guest information and interactions, especially for VIP and long-stay guests
- Create and deliver bespoke experiences by coordinating special occasions, celebrations, or personalized services that enhance the overall guest journey

- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
