JOB DESCRIPTION:
Expand the Global Network:
- Proactively reach out, consult, and nurture potential B2B import-export customers/ international agent networks. Introduce Voltrans’ diverse service ecosystem (Air, Sea LCL/FCL, Inland, Customs...).
- Continuously update market trends to develop the most effective strategic approaches.
Close Deals & Manage Profit:
- Logistics Consulting: Act as an expert to analyze customer needs and propose optimal shipping solutions.
- Deal Closing: Understand customer psychology and directly negotiate rates to successfully convert inquiries into bookings. Ensure sales targets are met while maximizing gross profit.
Service Management:
- Monitor the entire progress and lifecycle of each shipment.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Operations team to ensure the highest service quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Take responsibility for tracking and collecting receivables.
Market Expansion:
- Nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Stay attuned to market trends to continuously expand and develop new customers.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze system data to identify new business opportunities. Forecast market trends and continuously enhance yourself.
COMPENSATION UNLIMITED:
- Competitive salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on capability and hands-on experience).
- Attractive commission policy, up to 30% on shipment profit:
Bonus % for target achievement.
Bonus % for new customer development. - Bonus for US route shipments.
- Probation/interns still receive direct commission.
Bonus policy is applied transparently based on business targets (Target/KPI) clearly agreed upon with each individual.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, aged 21 and above.
- Graduated from College/University in: Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration or related fields.
- Preferred: Candidates with over 02 years of hands-on experience in international Sales Logistics.
- Special: Freshers with a clear Sales orientation, strong capability and desire to break through in income are welcome!
- Skills: Communication, negotiation, persuasion, effective time management and good problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, passionate, with a progressive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Strong foreign language proficiency, confident (English or Chinese).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and flexible AI application to optimize work performance.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning
Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM
