- Execute radio network planning, design, and optimization tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in new site configuration, integration, and service verification to ensure seamless network deployment and performance compliance.
- Monitor network and service performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions. Generate technical reports to document findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., RAN, transmission, CN) to resolve technical issues and optimize network quality.
- Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study
- More than 3 years of working experience as mobile system architecture such as 3G/4G/5G network topology, network element
- Has knowledge and strong experience on radio interface, protocols and signaling, system parameters in at least one technology (NR, LTE, UMTS)
- Proficiency in radio network planning/optimization tools (e.g., Huawei U-NET, Atoll).
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance improvement.
- Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
- Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus
- Ability to Travel as needed
- Monday to Friday (08:30-18:00).
