Overview:
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving the hotel’s online revenue performance, digital presence, and brand visibility across all online distribution channels. The role focuses on maximizing online sales opportunities through brand website optimization, OTA management, digital campaigns, content strategy, reputation management, and data-driven performance analysis.
The E-Commerce Manager works closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
1. Online Revenue & Distribution Management
- Manage and optimize all online distribution channels including Brand Website, OTAs, GDS, and third-party platforms to maximize revenue, market share, and direct bookings.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, rate parity, and channel performance in collaboration with the Revenue team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to identify business opportunities.
2. Website & Digital Marketing Optimization
- Ensure the hotel website and online content remain updated, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance digital performance and guest engagement.
3. OTA & Online Partnership Management
- Manage relationships with OTA partners and online platforms to improve hotel visibility, ranking, promotional exposure, and conversion performance.
- Optimize hotel content, images, and promotional campaigns across all online channels.
4. Online Reputation & Guest Engagement
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s online reputation across review platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure timely responses to guest feedback and continuous improvement of guest satisfaction scores.
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, digital campaigns, and channel productivity.
- Track key performance indicators including online revenue, direct booking contribution, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and reputation scores.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall commercial performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel E-Commerce, preferably in city hotels.
- Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, OTAs, CRS/CMS, booking engines, and digital marketing platforms.
- Solid commercial acumen with a revenue-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of hotel sales processes, market segmentation, and revenue strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
- Customer-oriented, professional, and proactive attitude.
