In this role, you will:
- Design shop floor layouts for AGV/ Fleet Management System (FMS) deployment and material flow optimization
- Build, test, and refine process flows and automation logic to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Conduct system simulations to verify configuration accuracy and refine automation logic before on-site deployment
- Develop system configurations and document best practices for virtual environments
- Integrate Fleet Management Software with automation systems and existing infrastructure using IIOT Gateway/ Software
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT to ensure successful automation implementation
- Onsite deployment, integration and testing of Fleet Management System and AGV
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Familiarity with IIoT and Industrial protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or MQTT (JSON Format)
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Intralogistics, AGV and Fleet Management System solutions
- English communication skill (both written and verbal)
- Problem-solving skill and an analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments
- Experience with AutoCAD or other shop floor visualizing and simulation tools is a plus
