Mô tả Công việc
- Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Develop, update, and control production plans to meet business requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Control the status of raw materials, inventory, equipment, and production resources.
- Prepare and analyze periodic reports on production output, revenue, and inventory.
- Investigate variances between planned and actual results and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to production planning and quality requirements.
- Monitor and control revenue, inventory levels, and PSI performance against targets.
- Track production capacity, optimize resource utilization, and support productivity improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
1. Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in fields related to production, supply chain, planning
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
3. Communication in English is required: At least level with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing equivalent to TOEIC 550 points / Japanese N3
