ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of recruitment related activities, from assessing needs, working with professional Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for finance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the banking or finance domain to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer within the banking or finance domain, Transaction processing, Payment and Regulatory requirements.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Experience with Software design patterns, API-driven, Event-driven, DDD and Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud technologies ( AWS is preferred).
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (ReactJS).
- Certification in Java programming or related technologies.
